perfect day
Well, I accidentally skipped over The Perfect Day, but if you want a recap, you can check out Ethan's blog.
This week was..... I dont know, I guess it was okay.
To be honest, I cant remember all that much of what went on... let's try anyway, shall we?
Monday ~ Jon and I hung out and watched Heroes... which is freakin AWESOME. I know I have said it before, but it is a totally sweet show
Tuesday ~ My grandparent's 64th wedding anniversary. My family went out to New Holland to a TERRIBLE diner to eat... but Nan and Bud like it there, so we went there.... I also had another round of making apple pies that day because when Ethan and I made them on Sat, my mom told Bud I had made him one. I hadnt.
I also got my car interior and exterior detailed... but I am kinda made at them, so if you want YOUR car done, dont go to RC Detailing. They did okay, but there was a thumbprint on my review mirrow, the top of the dash obviously wasnt done, there was dust and dirt in the vents, and on the outside there were swipes of wax still on the car AND there were freakin berries that were not scrubbed off. For the money I paid, that was totally NOT cool. Shrug. Whatever.
Wednesday ~ ummmmm.... hmm... Wednesday. Wednesday? I believe I stayed home. Oh, I also got my back cracked by the chiropractor cuz I was having these mad crazy spasms. Not good. I must not be getting enough back rubs lately. :(
Thursday ~ Ethan came over for awhile, we had a really good chat. Had spagetti with the fam and then my cousin Pam showed up randomly! YAY! Her and my bro and I stayed up late and I got maybe like 4 or 5 hours of sleep, which was not cool.
Friday ~ Jon came over and we went to TJMaxx and looked for a shirt and tie... to no avail, but we did run into my bro who was looking to complete his oldskool Riddler costume for tonight's festivities. He had gotten a vintage kelly green suit off of ebay and was looking for a shirt and tie and hat. Lauren and Dave met Jon and I there. We then went to Khols where I impulse bought these really really soft pj pants with chip and dale on them. the chipmunks. not naked men. After that we rented American Werewolf in Paris... which was not scary.... and also very long and actually overall pretty bad. but it was fun hanging out and drinking hot chocolate. Lauren is an awesome hostess. :) Jon drove me home and I fell asleep on the way. I barely was able to drag my butt up to my bed.
Today ~ I woke up early due to my Aunt Terry and mom talking. Oh... yeah on Friday Aunt T showed up. I was unceremoniously uninvited to dinner at the kimberton inn because it is expensive... but back to today... I shot my mom up, went downstairs and had a bagel. Then I went to work at noon. And I have been here since.
Tomorrow ~ Sunday!!! Not only is it "fall back", but church is tomorrow... then maybe a great breakfast and then some apple picking... hopefully hanging out with Pam again. I like Sundays a lot. :)
So thats about all that is up for the moment. Not terribly bad. Life is pretty decent and I am getting more and more excited about Australia and my various travel plans this summer. :) I wanna get some mad crazy milage out of my passport!!!!!!
